Take the exit that takes you to westec dr, not the other one. Bring in food. Had appointment at 8. Came on time. It’s 13:20 and i am still in the dock. I hope to be out of this place by two. Will see how the rest of it goes.

Been here since last night. Had a 0500 appointment. Still in the door. Waiting on whatever they are doing. On freaking real. Fire everyone and start over. That is all carry out the plan of the day.

this place is nothing but a mess, i will never ever have one of my trucks deliver there. six hours to unload is just disgusting. drivers try to stay away or charge the hell out of it before you book the load.

They are terrible at doing there job and getting you unloaded. Appointment time was at 9am, checked in at 8:30. Waited 2 1/2 hours for them to call me to get assigned to a door. What is the point of having appointment times?? It's now going on 1pm and I'm still here.. this place needs to get it together. Guess they think we truck drivers get paid hourly like they do or something. Two hours is already irritating, three or more hours is just pathetic and a waste of our time and our day. I was hoping to make it home and see my family tonight, but I'm not gonna have time to even make it to the state I live in after there done playing patty cake and smoking cigarettes in the break area.

For the truckers. Don't follow your Garmin GPS to this place. It will lead you to a weight restricted road with a 10 ton limit. Some overnight parking available on the road leading to the facility . Check-in at 4 a.m. The place becomes chaotic with all of the drivers going through at once. Place is clean and spacious.

Grocery warehouses are the bane of most truck drivers. This one is no exception. Mandatory lumpers. Long waits. I have never understood why it is my responsibility to compensate YOUR third party fright handlers to unload YOUR product that YOU ordered at YOUR facility. Also, why am I responsible for any product shortages from a trailer sealed at the shipper? Why do I have to wait for hours while YOUR people count and re-stack product into different configurations? This is palletized freight, not floor stacked. A good fork truck operator should have a fully loaded truck in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is a trucking industry problem, not the individual warehouses. They just take advantage of drivers and basically cost you a days pay with their glacially slow unload times.

4 hrs start to finish, not bad for a PFG food service place.
