I see a review from a doctor who says their billings declined using this service because claims were not processed. As a patient, this has been my experience as well. Several times we never received a bill for medical services. I tried multiple times to get a bill, but then the insurance claim was never processed (over 6 months later), so the outstanding balance was the wrong amount. Most recently I made two payments months ago that were charged to my credit card and MTBC says I have not made a payment. After four years of having trouble with billing for EVERY medical appointment, we are now switching to another doctor that does not use MTBC, because it is so frustrating to deal with.

I’ve made a lot of money with the help of this company. I highly recommend them. They have always been willing to go the extra mile for me and for my patients.
When we signed up service was better now declined to a point that our Billing have suffered and no one seems to know the answers why claims are not being processed. Customer support is Horrible. Very disappointed
MTBC has proved to be an excellent choice! Their customer service is impeccable and the transition from our former biller to MTBC was seamless! I have complete confidence in their ability to file/collect our claims and every question I have had (many!) has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend MTBC to any office that is looking for a medical billing service as MTBC does not disappoint!
I use MTBC for the medical practice that I work for. They do medical billing for an all inclusive rate and provide many integrated value added services to me at no additional cost. They have some very user friendly tools for keeping track of my AR and that helps me keep on top of my revenue.
