Mike and his workers replaced my furnace, recently. Very good service. After completing the job, Mike took the time to go over all the details of the new furnace. His workers was clean and quite efficient. I'd recommend his service.

Overprice & extremely rude. The owner sent some kid to my house that appeared to had just got out of HVAC school. The owner spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with the kid trying to walk him through a diagnostic. Then the owner tried to charge me 390 plus tax for just a diagnostic alone. It was a 129 diagnostic fee and 87 dollars an hour. He also wanted to charge me 500 for a gas valve and an additional 90 for a thermocouple for my furnace not including additional labor. The part they were repairing was literarily in the front of the furnace and should not taken 3 hours to figure out. He demanded that I pay the 390 plus tax for the diagnostic fee. I hung up on him and paid the 129 fee we originally agreed on. He called me several times in a row until I blocked my calls from him.
