I’m here for my routine maintenance oil change and tire rotation. I only come here for service. I had a hard time getting an appointment because no one answered the phones for a couple of weeks. I like how they text and email appointment reminders, text during the actual appointment and mailed coupons I could use for my services. I intend to keep coming here for service to my 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan. Matt was very professional as my service person. One thing I would suggest is glade plug ins in the waiting area it always has an unsavory smell and maybe snacks like cereal bars and candy like other VW dealerships.

Mike Herndon sold my husband and I our new car, he was great! He sent detailed video instead of pictures when I asked to see certain parts of the car. He also stayed passed closing and late to make sure we all were happy with our purchase. Great salesman and great experience here!

Hands down best car shopping experience ever thanks to Michael Lyles. Anyone who has ever been shopping knows the dreaded fear of the stereotypical car salesman and not wanting to be taken for a fast one. I spoke to some other dealers around and that was the feeling I was getting. The feeling that they just wanted to make a sale and couldn't care less about my needs or financial concerns. Michael made all of those fears go away with his genuine and kind personality. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend and not a stranger. After a few test drives and not thinking I could afford what I wanted, he made it happen. Not only did I get the 2018 Tiguan SE in the exact color with all the things I wanted, his trusty sidekick Wes Martinez hit me up a week later with an even better finance deal than I initially signed on for thus lowering my monthly payment. I have to say everyone I dealt with there was absolutely awesome. No pretenses, just kindness...They truly embody what a car dealership experience should feel like.
