The \Response from the owner\ reactions I'm seeing here are quite worrying for me as an investor in Muscle Maker. I've never been here, but reading these responses makes me believe management is EXTREMELY dysfunctional and incompetent. It's too bad because I love the concept of this restaurant. I think the \owner\ needs to read some Dale Carnegie \how to win friends\ book or something, because he is scaring off all potential business. I wanted to try this place out, load up on more shares, but these reactions are downright frightening. (Also the website is a complete disaster, it is becoming more and more evident that this company hires some VERY incompetent people)

Been going here for years and always loved the food, unfortunately they’ve gone completely off with their quality and portions. The wraps, which used to be awesome are stale and the size of finger food. Definitely lost long time customers with us.

These stars are just for the service from the cashier, she was the best part of this order. The Asian sesame ginger salad was not fresh. The lettuce all had brown along the edges, cucumbers were soft, guac was browning. I subbed shrimp instead of the chicken and in my past experiences it was grilled but this was just poached or something and was gross in a salad. Good portions, good dressing. Would not really trust to order here again....

It was amazing and so much food for such a good price. Big portions for such a small amount. Love it love it love it. Such good staff and the manger or owner is just outrageous love you guys. Muscle maker Hell’s Kitchen all the way!!!!!!
