They’re always so nice, and I’ve never had any issues with any of them up there. The only issue is the wait, which obviously you can’t control if it’s busy, but if there’s only 3-4 people and I have to wait 2 hours just to sit in the back for another hour before someone comes to speak to me, that can easily become very nerve wracking.

The front desk women is absolutely A #1. The NP Holly has a horrible attitude and doesn’t need to be working with the public. Shames u for thinking about a small gathering for Christmas and is just not nice to patients in the way she speaks. Belittling is the word I’ll use. Needs to go back and learn how to interact with people. Will not go here again second time I’ve been in contact with her and not impressed with her at all.
The experience itself was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I waited for over 2 hours for my prescriptions to come thru at my pharmacy and when I returned to the Mednow to figure out if the issue was resolved they pulled me back to explain the situation and the Dr. came in a found another solution of medication for me to take. Although this situation sucked and was a long wait they still made sure I was taken care of.
They're scamming people or ignorant, which is equally dangerous in the medical field. My wife received a COVID-19 test and it was performed wrong. They only swabbed the ring of her nostril, not reaching behind the nose where the COVID cultures are. They advertise that the test is free if you test positive for COVID, then FAIL to perform the test competently enough to show a positive result. I called the office and verified how the test was SUPPOSED to be performed. They tried to say her symptoms were too early for the test to show anything, and disregarded the fact that the test wasn't done correctly. STAY AWAY!
This was my first visit to MedNOW. WOW, everyone was so nice and professional. The facility was excellent and there was very little wait. I wish we had MedNOW in my city.
