One way to describe Craig Blakeley is effective and efficient. He is highly skilled with many years of experience and has many achievements and accomplishments that suggests his top-quality service. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, he was very active in the search for our property lot and the sale of our home. He was able to accomplish this endeavor in a very expeditious manner with perseverance and self-sacrifice during a time of fear and uncertainty due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Craig was able to sell our home within two weeks once it was placed for sale on the market and took about one week to help us secure our 4-acre lot. Currently we are also working with Craig to find a small home for our daughter and finding a home builder to build on our lot. I believe the most important aspect (as a client) when working with a real estate agent is the response time to client’s questions, concerns, advise, and showing available listings. Craig is very respectful, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in performing all his job-related tasks and most of all he takes pride in his occupation. I have worked with other real estate agents in the past and none provide the timely response, professionalism, care, and concern for his clients like Craig Blakeley. Craig was always reaching out to me, the sales representative, & the builder throughout the entire process making my life much easier during this relatively stressful time. I really appreciated that & always felt like he was looking out for me. I went into this being my first time looking for a home & wasn’t sure what I was looking for specifically but knew what kind of things I wanted it to have. He was able to find me everything I wanted & then some. Review of Craig Blakely: WOW! OH WOW! Craig is simply an amazing realtor. This is the second property we have worked together on with Craig. His professionalism is literally 24/7. Craig is a military veteran, honest, tremendous work ethic, and is very positive. Buying, selling, and relocating can be difficult but not with Craig. He walks you through every step of the process. Craig advocated for us when the seller’s title company was delayed as well as when the buyer’s mortgage company had a delay. Due do his advocating, we closed on each property near the closing date. Craig always communicated via text and phone so we knew where we were during the entire process. He will also be assisting us as we build our new home in the very near future. “The Hard Working Nice Guy” is an understatement. I was a brand new real estate agent, on my 1st sale.
