Materials were picked up at 10 am from a distributor in which I was the only stop for them. It was supposed to be expedited and with a travel distance of 75 miles almost all freeway, it took my driver 4 hrs to get me my materials. My guy's where left standing around for 2 extra hours waiting on the delivery. Customer service pretty much said the drivers are sub-contracted so essentially it was too bad for me because there is nothing we can do about it. I would not recommend them to transport anything, especially if you want it in a timely fashion. I use sub-contractors in my as well, the difference between me and N E Where is if my subs screw up, I take responsibility and make it right. They took absolutely no responsibility!!! Pathetic!!!!

My first pickup and delivery of two full pallets went very smoothly. The driver was on time, courteous, and professional. Their Freight truck was clean and well maintained, and prices were very reasonable. I will be doing more business with N-E-Where in the future.
