I wish I knew who I spoke with. She was rude and I had to bite my tongue to avoid saying something offensive. I just hung up and called back spoke to someone else. This company needs to straighten up or ship out. I see why they can not get more then one star. Money grabbing money hungry company.

I never never received a single notice about a 54 copay from an ER visit. No phone call and nothing in the mail. The first time I heard about the balance was when it hit my credit report. The collection agency they used never sent me a single notice. Who can't pay 54? I noticed other comments regarding payment. So the problem is with the management of this office. It's hard to avoid using their services if you go to the ER. But outside of that, avoid them at all costs.

Excellent physicians . I had great care here. I would definitely come to Naperville Radiologists and Edwards Hospital again. Easy online billing payment too!

I agree with all the negative reviews. They don't answer the phone. Doesn't matter how long you wait. Pathetic company!

Just got bill in mail today. Says it’s due 10 days from receipt which is today! Tried to call to pay and voice message says “technical difficulties” and hangs up.
