Was in a super stressful situation having spilled some tea on my laptop I need for my virtual job right before an important launch event. My computer was still working but I wanted a professional to look at it for a precaution. I had went to another place first that said they would take 3-5 days to even look at my laptop. I called here and they were able to look at within an hour. There didn’t turn out to be damaged so I wasn’t charged, but now I know where to go if there is an issue! Getting my laptop back in time was crucial for my work so the fact that they took the time to look at it quickly meant a lot.

My highest commendations go to this store and its staff. I was building my first PC and I rushed a few parts, winding up with a number of bent pins in my CPU. Not good. It wouldn't turn on and sat as a brick for almost a month. Finally, I brought it here and a great technician (I really wish I could remember his name... dark hair, glasses) diagnosed the problem and then stayed late working meticulously to fix the bent pins. After that, he plugged the PC in and it finally turned on for the very first time! The whole process took only about an hour and cost just 59, which is so much cheaper than having to replace any of the parts. Both my technician and the other staff member there were fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about getting hardware of all types fixed. This store is affordable, has parking spots, and handles many different issues with a variety of devices; just give them a call (like I did!) see if it's something they deal with, and if it is you can walk on in! I could not recommend them more highly!

Nice guys. A windows upate trapped my system in a reloading cycle and they were able to reinstall windows without loosing any of my data. My only issue is that I wish they had called to let me know my laptop was ready rather than me having to call them for an update only to find out it had been ready the day before.

I was building a gaming PC and needed some help with a power issue. Took it to these guys and they got everything up running within the day. They installed software and helped with cable management. Awesome service and very knowledgeable. These guys really do go above and beyond, highly recommend.
