Nathan and his awesome team, went above and beyond to make sure that our shopping experience was amazing. Holiday shopping can be a very stressful time, however having people who appreciate the true value of customer care. My Son got a great pair of Kyrie Basketball sneakers today...however, the staff at the shoe dept are not very helpful and one girl was just plain rude, we asked her if the sneakers came in the next size up she quickly scanned the box we already had of the smaller size, looked it up and said \No\, then she just walked away?!? WE SPENT OVER 120.00 FOR SNEAKERS AND LACES!! It Would have been nice for her to ask us if we needed anything else or Im sorry, etc... The young man who helped us got my son his shoes and new laces and walked away. He Never checked back with us?! I blame the store for not training these \kids\ or for hiring unpleasant people. I don't wonder why online shopping is so popular now. The check out area is awkward, the cashier was pleasant but we had to \ask\ for a bag to put our purchase in?!?! WHAT?? The store itself is clean and organized, however the Mens bathroom was a complete mess my husband said. The Women's bathroom was fine. Happy my son got his new sneakers but it wasn't a great visit....Im disappointed.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars,,, is the Prices.... Especially any clothing. It's the best store for fishing, camping and Cycling! But I'd highly recommend to go there for just Clothing, 1 more reason for 4 instead of 5 stars (Which I might bring down to 3 stars) is Poor customer service! Seems everytime I go, there's no one around. I hope this helps you as far as NOT BUYING CLOTHING THERE, But I still Love the store for the Huge selection of other stuff!

This store has everything I could think of ever needing with regard to the best things in life (play). Today it got even better when I met the new store manager, Nate. Nate found me wandering as I approached the weights. I was anxious about buying equipment, and might have just browsed and bailed if he hadn't said hello. Nate took time and care to show me just what I needed, and then proceeded to show me how to use it right there in the store. I left confident of my purchase, and sure that it's right for me. Plus, my triceps are even a little sore after his demonstration. Thanks, Nate!

They definitely have a great selection, however, it takes too long to find anyone that works there that can help you. Once I did finally find someone, he was helpful and courteous. On the contrary, the person at the checkout was not that nice when I asked why the prices online were different that those in the store. I will either order online or go to a different store but there's no way I'm stepping foot in there again. Every time we go in there it is always a hassle to find people and the prices are too high to deal with the snotty attitudes you get in return.
