After rotating through various companies over the years, New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning has become our go-to for any heating/cooling concerns. Their front-office staff is always friendly, they respond promptly to emails and scheduling has never proven an issue. Their service workers (Mike is fantastic) are knowledgeable, patient in answering all questions, provide explanations that are understandable, and I have never felt pressured into unnecessary parts, maintenance etc. Our Furnace and AC were recently on their last legs ( Furnace: extremely loud/rattling noise(s)/increased heating bills. AC: 30 years old). They provided an extremely competitive bid with Scott outlining a variety of options. He addressed all of our concerns and also took time to review areas he felt distinguished their installation from competitors. On the day of installation, the team was on-time and true to form polite and courteous throughout the process. When finished they reviewed the work completed and walked us through various features of our new system. Per usual, they were patient and unbothered by any/all questions we had. Overall, we would recommend them to anyone. Professional, cordial and fair pricing.

My mother in late 90's called and they were responsive to her call that the furnace went out. They came and told her she needed a new furnace for 4,400.00 and gave her a written quote. I had a second opinion and found out that her furnace which they put in 10 years ago was still under warranty although they did not mention this. We were able to get a new secondary heat exchanger for 285.00 Owner Mike did call me back and talked in circles about how they usually don't fix just the heat exchanger as it may not be a long term fix. I told him he should always give the client the choice first so they can make an educated decision.
