We went here to see a Led Zeppelin tribute band, \Get The Led Out\... The band was great. I was surprised by how small the place is considering some fairly popular acts have played here. The venue appears to be like a warehouse or something. The sound (acoustics) were good. When I saw all the amps lined up on stage, I was a little concerned, but they did it right. I enjoy loud music, especially the mighty Led Zeppelin, but you want to be able to talk to people. Speaking of small... I've gone here, to the Lilly pad, which is upstairs, to see a local band perform. It is a extremely small, which is beneficial for a band that is newer and are just starting out. The Lilly Pad is a little too small in my opinion. There were some sound issues (electrical, not sure if wiring or sound board). They took care of it, but not what a new band needs to deal with. It seems parking could be tricky. We got lucky because I found a spot right across the street. Otherwise, I don't know where I would have parked. Overall, not a bad place to see a show.

Toad's is a great place to get super close to great artists and enjoy a show. Its open with some seating off to the side. But mainly standing. Love this place. Always checking the calendar.
Saw Falling in Reverse - great show! Toads place is a cozy venue with a lot to offer, great atmosphere & energy, and staff is friendly & helpful- I still can't hear right after 24 hours... WORTH IT!
Went outside for some air. When I went to walk back in the bouncer said I was not allowed back in when I asked why he said talk to the exit door bouncer when I asked the exit door bouncer what the problem was he laughed. Stole my money. Denied me a show.
Love toads place ! I’ve been going to them since I moved to ct. It has its up and downs but I always end up coming back for more events! Affordable as well and everyone is so friendly:) chill spot !
