They were very awesome they worked well with us and accommodating. They worked very quickly to get everything done and to get me my keys. I would recommend anyone to them they are the best at what they do. Thanks Justin Sue and Michelle thank y’all for getting everything done !!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest buying a model off the lot if even purchasing from here. I ordered mine with custom colors and carpets and so many things were done quickly and cheaply inside. I purchased this home less then 5 years ago and have had repeated problems some of which they fixed some they didn’t. Now after a hurricane I lost shingles and had someone get on roof for an estimate and they told me I had a pipe for a vent never installed. The pipe is still in my house in the closet I saved it because I thought it was extra. Apparently it was too long ago for them to come fix the hole in the roof that is still taped up from when they moved the home from manufacturer.
My entire experience was just AMAZING! I never thought I would become a homeowner but I AM! EVERYONE HERE IS JUST PHENOMENAL AT WHAT THEY DO! MR. WHIP, THANK YOU! YOU WORKED WITH US AND MADE THIS EXPERIENCE ONE TO REMEMBER
Well, we r still working with New Iberia location. Justin Toup and Sue-Manger is continuing to guide and assist us. I have one dilemma, they not offered any promotions and or incentives due we r buying the lot model. Competition is thick right now and others r making all sorts of deals. We expect the same being we r at pre-approval status currently March 2020. Come on Justin and Sue. Lower the price and/sell with finished like others w/o additional cost to us.
very rocky at first, we had a lot of unclear and communication issues,and it was a very long and drawn out process but it is picking up and things are finally coming together, my fiance' and I love our home and are looking foreward to spending many years making memories with our families in this home.thanks for all you have done for us the home is beautiful. I just wish we could have had like a checklist to know and be prepared instead of getting calls last minute when we are so ready to be in our home!!!
