Came in with a special request, to replace the wheel off my instrument case that was riveted in. Dropped off my case, came back an hour later, perfect repair job, 50. Very professional, quality work. Would highly recommend!

He did great work sewing Velcro for gaitors around my running shoes for an ultra marathon I have coming up. He told me they would be done on a Tuesday, they weren't done until weds. Not the worst thing in the world, but annoying as I live uptown and it was a pain to get to. Would def go back for more work.
As the sign says, nothing is impossible here. I had my boots customized with a zipper and hidden elastic for a better calf fit. Additionally I had my boots dyed a darker color and they have the exact look and fit I was looking for. High quality work comes at a price and this was worth every penny.
The lining in my sandals were falling out. I paid 20 to get them fixed by Chelsea Cobbler. Dropped them off on Sat afternoon, estimated pickup was Monday (they're closed Sundays). They did a great job fixing the lining, looks good as new! Glad they are still in business during this difficult time.
