Claudia is a pleasure to work with! I launched a dogwear brand called TUXIE LUXIE in 2020 and was nervous about finding a suitable manufacturer in the city to produce the merchandise. We worked through Covid and successfully launched the first collection. Claudia is knowledgeable with the materials and production process, super organized with the timeline and is incredibly hardworking. I am a small business owner of a clothing line, called FENOMENAL & I planned on getting my newest collection made here. At first, Claudia was very helpful & seemed to want to help me create exactly what I was looking for. But shortly after speaking about fabric swatches, she disappeared and has yet to contact me back regarding the production of my collection. I’ve sent her emails to follow up with her progress & she has given no response to any of them. I wish I could say my experience here was great, but it was honestly shameful & I don’t plan on working with her ever again.
