Not only the doctors are great, the staff there are great as well. My husband and i are glad that we chose this clinic for this journey. Every steps of the process they made it very personal so it does feel like you are in a private clinic. Everytime i have questions or concerns about something, they always responded me in timely manner. I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who’s looking for one.

Loved the Dr and staff. Everyone at the office was very responsive and helpful. Access to the Dr was easy and Dr Fateh was very comforting. This entire process can be stressful and you want to work with a team that’s going to do their best to make you feel taken care of. I highly recommend.

I would give 1000 stars if it was possible! The most warm, welcoming and friendly staff who put you at ease and offer peace of mind throughout every step of your fertility journey. The facility is magnificent, you do not feel clinical or like you are another number at a hospital, it is so personal and beautiful. I had so many questions and concerns throughout, especially as we live in the UK and they made it all seem so easy and simple, reassuring both me and my partner every step of the way and giving us hope. Without NYF institute we would not have our beautiful daughter and I will always be so grateful to them, New York now holds such a special place in my heart. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Fateh and is staff are remarkable! I highly recommend them. They all have a personal touch at making the entire process very friendly and intimate. You always feel like you have their undivided attention at every visit. They truly treat you like family. I’m so grateful for all the knowledge and professionalism Dr. Fateh, Dr. Sultan, Dr. Obasaju, Kara, Glenda, Christine and the rest of his staff provided. The girls have become friends and showed me how much they genuinely cared throughout the entire process. Don’t look anywhere else. No other Dr. or their staff would give you their personal cell phones to reach them at 24/7. Literally everyone and everything was a 10/10. Thanks again New York Fertility Institute! Dr. Fateh, Dr. Sultan, Dr. Obasaju, Christine, Glenda, and Kara have been absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about every single one of their patients and have a personal touch. It’s a very intimate experience and you don’t feel like a number in a huge crowd. They make the entire IVF process very comfortable and accomadating. I’m so grateful for all the knowledge and professionalism Dr. Fateh, Dr. Sultan, and the rest of the staff provided during my care. Don’t look anywhere else! No other Dr., (nor their staff), would treat you like family. They give you their personal cell numbers to reach them at 24/7.
