Decent customer service and fairly priced souvenirs
I’m very disappointed with my entire experience. I paid 995.00 for a custom made suit that was not custom made at all. I sent the suit back because it did not fit and John told me that they couldn’t find the slip with my measurements. I sent the suit back the same week I got it. He said have someone take my measurements and they would remake it. I asked for my money back because it was not custom made, and now they are saying I didn’t send the suit back!!!!! And they signed for it.
