The owner looks like a hungry animal ready to tear u apart! And this is exactly what he does! They overcharge crazy!! Barbara is good seamstress though so I used her a lot but they dont value a good customer I once had my baby with me oh boy was her husband a polish angry scary looking monster upset he kicked me out on the street when it was raining!

I walked here look to get a suit jacket altered. They literally said no to my business at the door.
Went one afternoon when they were open and was told \come back in two hours.\ When I did go back they told me it would be at least three week wait. They didn't bother looking at how small of a job it would have been. Since the repair is for my winter coat I didn't want to wait three weeks. I'm sure they do find work but they were completely unwelcoming and unhelpful.
Had a shirt altered here. They overcharged me even though I had no deadline. But they did a good job.
1 year later edit - I came back to have my tux fitted for my wedding, as they did a great job the year before. after some back and forth between the owner and her husband in polish I was told to come back in 2 months, they were too busy. Fine, my money can be spent other places. I always try to shop locally and support the businesses, but this was unacceptable turn around time. I ended up finding an awesome tailor and dry cleaner in LIC for 40% cheeper and they did a better job. Original - After reading a few reviews I was skeptical but since it was the closest to my house I gave it a try for a suit tailor. Very professional job. Listened to my concerns, quick turn around with very high quality results.
