It was beyond disappointing to see the lack of professionalism here at this office. I am not from the country of Togo, however, I respect their country as well as their people to the fullest extent. Nonetheless, I personally felt like I was being mislead on information or just given complete vague information. I was hoping that the office would be understanding of travelers and their lack of knowledge especially when that particular traveler in not a native of the country of Togo. My personal advice to every individual planing to visit the New York office, gather your information from individuals who experienced visiting the office first hand. Thank you for reading.
