We had a great experience working with Next Energy Solutions in 2017. We meet their representative at a Mother Earth News Convention and arranged for a visit to our house in Clear Lake, Minnesota. They evaluated our property and gave us three options to mount a solar system. They evaluated our electric usage with us and we developed a plan that would allow us to have no electric bills between April and November while banking excess power with our utility to reduce the winter bills. Our solar panels were delivered as scheduled and they worked with me to determine the best layout for our roof and I finished the installation myself. We have a 15 KW system with 57 panels mounted on our roof. I am proud to be generating most of my own power. I highly recommend NES and their friendly staff.

Just recently drove through Shell Lake...drove by to see if they were still in business. My husband, a honest hard working contractor in northern WI did a few jobs for these crooks and they never paid him.
Very friendly folks. Unfortunately the installation has been a disappointment. Wanted to charge my UTV EV off grid, hasn't ever worked. Charge controller doesn't work, one of the panel mounts is loose and tipping on the roof after only a year, another panel is broken at the connection to the corner of the mount. Haven't come down to address these issues despite multiple calls.

The solar panels used by next are seconds they all have major factory flaws but yet they get full price for them. It's a sad scene and there getting away with it
I work there and it's a great place to work at and help people Dave money on electric bills when you buy a solar system. It pays to save money on bills and add money to your property value if you decide to sell or home
