Loved the Griffon Gastropub. The food was so unique and reasonably priced for the large portions we received. Our waitress was a Rockstar, quick to answer any questions we had about the menu. The bathrooms are amazing. We will definitely be stopping here again.

Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation! Friendly service, excellent food. A nice simple menu. Good beer and drink selection. It is a small place though. My only complaint was they brought out the courses rather quickly. I suggest getting a small shareable appetizer or none at all due to quick service. Pictured is the steak medallions, crispy onions over potatoes and a side of their delicious smoked gouda shells.
Stumbled upon this place by accident as we were looking for a light meal after visiting the Falls. We got the oub sampler and the food and atmosphere are awesome. Homemade chicken tenders and onion rings are delicious. Staff were friendly and service was great. Will definitely come back.
Amazing food had the chicken and waffle sandwich and fries I had a side of gravy for my fries let me tell you hands down the best gravy ever. So rich and flavorful. Our waitress forgot her name but she was awesome I was so indecisive so she helped me narrow it down she had great recommendations. She was so attentive and that along with great food made a super great experience. Everyone was so nice from the young man that seated us and showed us how to pull up the menu on our phones to the gentleman that was at the hostess stand. Make sure to make a reservation they are a busy place but will organized.
First timer at this restaurant. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening...wait time was over an hour, I chose to wait After being seated, I waited for quite a lil'while as well for my waitress. However, she was wonderfully pleasant. She immediately & pleasantly explained what caused the wait & introduced herself, Ashley. Her service was truly great, & I was incredibly impressed with how delicious my choice of food was... the "No Moo for you" veggie burger & fries was definitely a great choice. If the service is like this with all the employees & the cooks make every meal as delicious as what I chose, then I strongly recommend visiting this place. Thank you Ashley.
If I could give 0 stars that is what I would do. I chose this place based on the ratings for a nice date night during my recent trip to Niagara Falls. I was excited about eating here based on the reviews. Needless to say my excitement quickly diminished upon my arrival. We were greated quickly and quite nicely but that is where our positive experience ended. After being seated we waited more than 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order, 2 waters, and a mixed drink. Our water came quickly but no mixed drink. We were then told that they had just ran out of our choice of liquor. That seemed reasonable and we proceeded to order. An easy order, Chicken and Waffle sandwich and the pub sampler. After about 40 minutes our food arrived COLD!!! We informed the server who took the food for a replacement. When he came back about 15 minutes later we were shocked to discover that the chicken on the chicken and waffle sandwich was the exact same chicken from the first sandwich. By that time our night was ruined and we just wanted to leave. Based on the reviews I was expecting an upscale dining experience and was completely disappointed. I would never recommend this restaurant. Live and learn.
Everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the service with our server, Preston, was great! Steak was cooked perfectly, portions were huge, food came out fast, everyone was very pleasant, and dessert is a must!
As usual, I always reference the game burger/sandwich of the week. This time was the elk burger, notably with mushrooms. They always suggest how it is best cooked, but you can of course request your own preference. Service itself was excellent and beyond fast. About one to two minutes to be seated, and only five minutes from order to to food. Drinks are of course swift depending on how many beers you decide to get. ( I always enjoy a flight, or more.)
