Great company and great customer service. They service all our scales on a regular basis. They recently came out and helped setup and calibrate our flow meter and calibrated our viscometer and thermometers in the lab. I want to give Gary specifically a big thank you. Even though I had little to no knowledge of what to do he went out his way to get current manuals and make calls to get the information he needed to make sure our flow meter was operable so he could calibrate it properly. And after he was done he gave us a quick tutorial on how to operate the flow meter for our specific needs. Also their employee who service our forklift scales was awesome as well luckily the new control box we order for our forklift had a new power wire, which went out on another fork lift, and he was more than happy to fix and recalibrate our scales for us and had both forklift scales up and running in no time. Highly recommend their services.

I have purchased several scales from this company and am very happy with all of them. They are of high quality and work great! The salesperson was helpful and courteous and shipping was fast. The service department did a great job calibrating one the scales when it needed it too. Great company to deal with...I will definitely buy from them again.
I've worked with Nicol scales a number of times over the last few years. Sure they have great equipment. But what has always impressed me and keeps me working with them, is they truly care about their clients. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to recommend Nicol, Their products, and most importantly their people.
I have lived in this state for over 30 years, and this is my first complaint over this kind of issue, as I have always doubted that any legitimate business would use this tactic to make a profit out of a vulnerable consumer because of their trust in the company. In my experience with the company, we sent 3 scales to their company for an estimate, and after they received the scales, we asked to get a quotation. After several days, we received the quotation and agreed to all the prices, but we didn’t think that we should pay any shipping fees that they get their parts from, as we weren’t informed of that until after they received our scales. We were told that we needed pay 50 for the evaluation fee plus tax for each scale to get them back. I don’t think this is the right way to do business, as once they have the possession of the scales, they dictate the prices and manipulate the consumer to either pay whatever they ask for, or to pay a fee to get our own property back, and if you fail to do so in 45 days, they will keep it or sell it for the profit. This business practice is so wrong, and it must be stopped immediately.
