I had a great experience with these people. I had done gone to Benton Nissan in Birmingham Alabama and got screwed by them. Me and my wife had filed bankruptcy. Benton Nissan told us that they could get two cars financed one for me one for her. After we got done with hers paperwork signed and all they said that they couldn't put another car in her name or even in my name because I've been self-employed for less than 2 years. Get a letter in the mail from these people and was hesitant called and talked to a man named David Roberts. He assured me he could get me financed by myself. It may have taken a week because of certain paperwork I didn't have at that moment. They got me financed they offered to deliver the car to me in Birmingham Alabama, but I figured since I was going to be in Jacksonville delivering a load I would just swing by there and sign the paperwork. They even got me a cheaper interest rate than they got my wife by about 12%.

None of the service employees (customer facing) wear a mask or socially distance. They seem a bit apathetic about customer service. The quality of the service work seems fine and professional.

My experience with Elijah Carter and Jefferson was AMAZING! These guys took the time to explain every part of my contract to me, they gave great advice about what I should purchase and why because I was a first time buyer. I was there no long than an hour and 15 minutes. They guided me through the whole process and I was so comfortable with them! I will buy all my future cars from this dealership. Elijah did a fantastic job, so did Jefferson. I am satisfied!

This place is the place you want to buy your car! Ms.Peggy Tate was professional, kind,and made the buying process super easy!I didn't feel pressured and she didn't talk down to me when I asked questions. The financial service gentleman was very patient with me when I asked to go over the numbers twice and threw in a solid warranty plan. This dealership already offers a lifetime warranty for the engine and transmission , but I wanted extra coverage. The general service manager also gave me a reasonable trade in value to put me in a better car! 10/10 would recommend.
