Wow! I read the reviews of this place and I totally disagree. I felt I was treated very badly. I took my 4 little silver spoons to be polished and repaired. He told me there was a 4 month wait. I called back to check on the spoons after the 4 months only to be told they would check on them and call me back. Of which they never did. After being told this at least 3 or 4 times I decided to go pick up the spoons. Which I did. Unfortunately they were very unprofessional of my request to get my spoons back. The shop is a mess. Very dirty with dust and broken silver pieces stacked up. What a dismal experience! But I was very glad to have my spoons back. I had to give a one star rating in order to post this but not worth it in my opinion.
I decided to edit a post I did a month or so ago, after having waited for a long period of time for our goods to be finished. However, I must say that the quality of the work performed was very good, albeit still a little pricey. But, I know this must be a difficult business in which to please everyone, so I will leave it that I am \A Satisfied Customer\.
