Very frustrated. Last year I chose to travel out of town here to buy a Ryker in May 2020. I have yet to receive any of my license plates/tags (It's been 8 months). Someone finally answered last week(After I have called multiple times and not getting anyone or just a machine), took down my information and said the manager would be getting back to ASAP. It's been close to a week and to make matters worse, I called BRP to ask about the recall on the bike. I asked about my extended warranty and they said they have no information of me having an extended warranty. I know I added and paid for it. I'm hoping someone give me a call ASAP. I will return to update you on this review. I know things happen, but very disappointed with no follow up. As an African American in his 30s, male riding a bike with no license plate or tags, I am nervous about giving the police a reason to pull me over and potentially impounding my bike. I haven't been able to enjoy it like I bought it for throughout the 8 months, for this reason. To be continue ....... UPDATE: The company called me Jared was very responsive and understood my frustration. He made sure everything was taken care of with in the next two days. Thank you Jared!

Service is outstanding. Ryan, Josh and crew really took care of me and my Ski. They installed a Riva Racing stage II kit with exhaust and impeller in one day. Highly recommend. I will buy my next toy at NorCal Powersports for sure...
