I test drove a mini cooper they had and then Zach got the mini I really wanted from their sister store in Monroe down to the North Bend location for me. He kept me updated and worked with my schedule. He was helpful and nice. Bought my car yesterday! Great experience and super happy with my car so far.

Had a great experience here purchasing a used CPO car. They were accommodating of our requested appointment time, having the car ready very quickly, and let us test drive alone in the car (though everyone in the dealership was masked, which was great). They put extra effort into solving some of our questions! Everyone we met was friendly and excited for us. The interior decor is fun and makes it feel welcoming. The price was good, condition great, and the new car is exactly as expected/hoped! Leesa was great: friendly, knowledgeable, with good advice, assessing what we wanted. Certainly she was the best salesperson I've talked with at any dealership! 10/10 would buy a car here again.

Had an amazing experience with Zach W. at this dealership! He prepared the vehicle, answered all of my many questions and helped move the process along efficiently, all the while making sure I got a good deal. He also got the car detailed while I filled out paperwork so it was fresh and clean for the drive home. Very happy with the service Zach provided and have been loving my car! I would have given 5 stars but had one caveat that kept this from being a truly excellent experience. In the finance office, I wasn’t made fully aware that a theft protection program was optional and paid 200 on top of the sale of the car for something I was told was “standard” for all of the vehicles sold by this dealership. It’s a good reminder to make sure you’re double and triple checking the paperwork and understand what is required and what are optional fees/plans/additions to your car purchase.
