As a child my parents took all of our pets to North Country. One of my childhood pets had a stroke and we had to bring her in on an emergent visit. From visiting that doctor, to putting the cat through rehab, even they payment plan offered for her treatment was so amazing. Now as an adult with a dog and a cat of my own we of course chose to continue with North Country. We have an FIV cat with some ongoing issues and I feel so at ease bringing my little lady to them. When we got a puppy during quarantine we got her spayed and chipped to get her started on a healthy life and the whole process was a breeze thanks to North Country. Calling in is always so easy. The staff is always pleasant. The doctors and nurses are always amazing. I recommend North Country to everyone.

I have taken pets to this location in the past. Today I was told that they are not accepting new 'patients' because It had been too long. Its been about 3 years. Kind of upsetting. Now I have to figure out someplace else. Keep in mind that a different pet means a different Patient. My dog is 11 years old, she has lived a healthy happy life, and until now she has not had any issues requiring a vet visit. She is up to date on her shots through clinic's in our area. I'm so angry right now.
