A great clinic that is cost friendly! While trying to diagnose my cat Junie, I let the vet know I am a college student with a tight budget. He was very communicative with me about pricing before running any labs and did as little testing possible to save me unnecessary charges. Junie now goes back monthly to receive a steroid shot that again, is very reasonably priced. The techs are always very kind and quick. I look forward to being able to go inside with my kitty when Covid allows.

I've been bringing my fur baby to North Durham Animal Hospital for 5 years. My pet has been to no other vet since I got him. Dr. Dawson is absolutely amazing!! I don't trust my dog with any other vet at this point. Dr. Dawson is very personable and offers great, affordable prices. Since COVID-19, customers have been understandably asked to wait in their cars during drop off and service. At times, this process creates loss of communication with reception and some technicians. I've had appointments cancelled by accident. I've had services done or not done due to miscommunication. Since everything has to be communicated on the phone and not in-person, requests can get lost or misunderstood. Other than frontline miscommunication (at times), I'm happy with the establishment.

The best vet in the city. Great care from Dr Dawson to the techs. They are reasonably priced. Great care. Everyone here is amazing. This the best clinic. I have been a rescuer and had animal companions my whole life. This one of the best clinics I have experienced. Passion for animals compassion and great care I can also recommend boarding my rescue dog has separation anxiety . Again ,many kennels many dogs. I pick him up and he is not as stressed, he is clean. The techs know his name how well he ate if he acted out. This indicative of NDAH personalized care by people who care and are personable.
