We are glad we selected North Georgia Pools to install our fiberglass pool. We did our due diligence with a turnkey project and found them to be more concerned about what our needs were then the 3 other pool companies we called. We needed a retaining wall installed and that came out better than expected. The entire project turned out great and the support we got after installation was even better. Greg and his team are a friendly, professional and hard working group. We would highly recommend them to anybody thinking about installing a pool Thank you to the team at North Georgia Pools

I chose a 40 x 20 foot vinyl pool from North Georgia Pools last summer (2019) after meeting with many pool companies offering vinyl and gunite. It was a difficult decision made less difficult after meeting with Greg. I rarely review companies I deal with until enough time passes without issues to confirm my review. Greg and his team performed higher than my expectations and my wife and I could not be more pleased with our pool. I highly recommend North Georgia Pools and will continue to sing their praises each time our family, friends and neighbors come over for a swim. Thank you Greg and the entire North Georgia team.

Had a new liner put in last fall. Liner delaminated 6 months later. They came out and said it was covered under warranty. However when it came time for install they said liner only was covered I had to pay 1500 for install labor. I was not happy , but cut check and expressed my disappointment with owner. They called back two days later and said they would cover and rip up the check. Thank you for doing the right thing. They care about there customers. It’s refreshing to have a company that cares for there customers over bottom line! Thanks!

I called to obtain a quote and was told that nobody could get to us until October 2020. I was greeted over the phone like I was annoying Melissa with even inquiring about a quote. I realize they are busy but to be treated like I was bothering her well I guess I can take my hard earned money elsewhere.
