My daughter (age 13) needed a root canal and after going to a dental clinic that recommended we just extract the tooth, we went to a second opinion and they said to see if Dr. Jeppson could save it. Lucky for us, he said he could! My daughter is extremely needle phobic and traumatized from previous dental experiences. Dr. Jeppson was AMAZING at calming her and talking to her straight up. She was terrified and sobbing and he still was able to talk her in to letting him help her. The first day we were in, she was so inflamed around the tooth that the novocaine couldn't get to the full length of the nerve and wouldn't work. Rather than push her through it, he set us up with an anti-inflammatory plan and set a new date just a few days later to come back. We followed the plan and it went incredibly well. Not ONE tear. Not ONE freak out. Root canal was no problem at all. She didn't feel it at all. She was dancing in the chair and we even had to remind her to hold still! I am SO grateful for Dr. Jeppson and his entire staff for taking such amazing care of my anxious daughter. FIVE BRIGHT SHINY STARS FROM THE LINFORD'S/REYNOLDS FAMILY!!

I was referred to North Pacific Endodontics for a root canal through an existing crown. Even as a mature adult I am extremely nervous/stressed for any type of dental procedure. From scheduling my new patient appointment on the phone with Corinn, to showing up for the appt I was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the front desk staff. I was so impressed by the care & concern of Dr. Jeppson & Ashley, before the procedure even started, throughout my visit and the follow up call afterwards to check on me. For a ‘dreaded’ dental procedure for me I could not have been more Impressed with the staff and the level of care. Thank you!

I have had a legitimate phobia of dental work for about 10 years (after experiencing a very bad attempt at a root canal). I stopped the procedure, had the endodonist put on a temporary crown and somehow I was able to nurse it along for 10 years. It finally got so bad, I had to do something. Fast forward I find myself at Dr. Baker’s office. No words can describe my gratefulness for a seamless Root canal performed. He was professional, had great bedside manner and really listened to any of my concerns ( I had quite a few and he put me at ease… I didn’t even have to use drugs) Today the dentist Took out the temporary filling and put in a permanent one . He commented how amazing my root canal looked, he was very impressed as well! Don’t wait if you have a phobia, Dr. Baker can talk you off the ledge!
