My wife was referred there by her primary doctor when we would call for an appointment or any other question would leave a message and very rarely will they return your call went there a few times when we would arrive for one of her appointments once we were already there they would cancel that appointment reschedule never actually saw a doctor she had an appointment for injections they called and left a message said that they had to reschedule because the one Dr resigned from the group then when she actually showed up for the injection the injection was not given by a doctor anyway. Now have been trying to get her records to take to another physician and they will not return the calls

I scheduled an apt over a month before i was given an apt. On the day of my apt, that was at 11am I was called by them at 930. I am disabled, so I was already up and showered and almost ready to leave. Anyhow The apt was rescheduled til today at 11:15. When I got there at 1050. I had a male nurse reprimanding me like I was a child. I would not stand for this BY ANYBODY. So I told him a thing or two and the way I feel. In the entire time I waited for this apt, and all 3-4 times they were spoken to on the phone, not once was I informed that the office changed locations. Now they say, if you dont show you still have to pay for the apt. Well thats twice they wasted my time and I will be sending them a bill for wasting my time, gas etc. If they don't think they need to pay it, I will send it to collection and then see them at the majistrate. I would not recomend this place to anyone. They didnt have 1 person in the waiting room, I was there at 1050, my apt was at 1115 and they told me I was late. So they will pay for wasting my time. I will let everyone know the outcome of this. I am not happy at all. DO NOT GO THERE. There are so many others, you dont need to have your time wasted.
