My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Anthony Jones. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions. In the past, purchasing a car was extremely stressful and I felt forced by the dealer to make a quick decision. This was NOT at all the experience I had with Anthony at Volvo. He took as much time as I needed showing me each feature of the models I was interested in before I test drove the Volvo that was best matched for our family. After the purchase Anthony spent well over two hours with me going over EVERY feature and button that came inside the new car. Upon leaving, he told me if I forget anything, or have further questions that I can always call him or stop by and he will gladly help. Anthony’s amazing customer service alone will be the reason I am now a member of the Volvo family for life. I felt that I wasn’t just another commission for him, he genuinely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and made sure I did! Truly a wonderful experience all around. As a new mom, I wanted to feel 100% comfortable and confident in my purchase and Anthony made sure I left the lot feeling that way. Thank you for everything Anthony! Anyone looking for a Volvo, please call this kind man! He is truly the best!

Awesome service from the North Point Volvo team, especially Anthony! I purchased a used Acura TLX from him last Saturday. I was in Atlanta 4 days ago and met him, and he didn't make me crazy with followup calls. No pushy sales tactics. Calm and inviting car buying experience. My first time visit here for my car 1st 10k service and this dealership is very clean and they welcome me with humble. Service advisor \Garrett\ very helpful and took care of my car needs and issues and explained about the service that performed. They have good service specials as well and I did get wheel alignment special for 100. Only reason 4* because of the loaner car service took 2hrs and they are not clean. Though the wait was long they have lounge to relax and starbucks for refreshment. Though we didnt purchase from this dealership but they treat you good. Will definitely recommend and suggest \North Point Volvo\ for your car needs. They follow covid rules and kept the service area and Restrooms are clean and hygiene. Every employee seems to be very professional and covered face masks. Well done \Volvo\.
