Purchased a broker boat from North Shore Yacht Sales. Mike was very accomodating during the entire purchasing proscess, Very prompt in returning phone calls (Even after hours) and made the entire process very easy !! This was my second purchase from this location, last year ( 2019 )while Christmas tree shopping, we stopped to look at a boat trailer while passing through- Again, Mike made the process so easy , we ended purchasing on the spot. The paperwork was doen and the trailer was loaded on the back of our SUV within 30 minutes ( I would normally not even attempt to trailer shop with two kids in tow ) I've been boating Long island my entire life, this is the best dealer I've worked with from the standpoint of working with someone knowledgable, professional while being extremely accomodating.. North SShore Yacht Sales is worth the drive !!
We were immediately berated by Red that our timing was not appropriate- even though we called in advance and were told he would be there until 5:00. WARNING STEER CLEAR. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism.
I dealt with Red who helped me purchase a boat for a client. The gentleman in the yard were professional during the purchase , inspection, and closing process. He runs a good shop and does good business. I even got a follow up after the deal, which is extremely rare in this business
