These guys hosted a wonderful Ducati Demo Day... great test loop. Great bikes. Owner (Steve) rode along with some of the groups. Im still thinking about the great experience!

I went here to get my motorcycle inspected a few years ago. I went somewhere else the next year and discovered that they overcharged me by like 15. I don't know why their inspections cost more than the next guy, but that's my experience here. It's a rich person's shop. They were done pretty fast, though. That maybe time is money.

Dennis is a very professional sales man and genuinely nice person. He was with another customer when I got there today and as soon as the other customer got up to go get his motorcycle Dennis explained exactly what was going on and advised me to look around, enjoy a cup of coffee and to make myself at home. I only stopped to look today and informed him as such but thanked him for his hospitality.

Dennis, the sales manager, answered every question I had and provided quality customer service. The owner, Mike, is knowledgeable and friendly. I am pleased with my overall experience and especially the Desert Sled I bought from them. Recommend to anyone in the market for a Duc or BMW bike.

Glen and Gordy are all super knowledgeable when it comes to parts and service, Gordy squeezed me in on a busy Thursday so I could ride over the weekend. I put 1200 miles on the tire recommended by Glen for my riding style saved me about 50 bucks and the tire should last 3000 more miles than the one I originally picked out. Dennis is the man to see in sales, very in touch with today, and down to earth.

This place shut down three months after I acquired my first BMW motorcycle, a late model K1200S. Superbike price. Superbike service?? None to be seen. The bikes leaking gas and I was told by the owner of this shop he wouldn't help. told to go to Ohio nearly 100 miles away. While leaking gas??? BMW north America please help or advise.

They're always very personable and helpful with parts. The guys at service are usually busy, but they will take the time to answer your questions.

Fantastic dealer to deal with Lee(owner) tracked down a hard to find bike for me and brought it from New Jersey for me. Lee was great to work with and I got great deal. Guys in service helped load and tie down new bike for trip back home. Well worth the 3 hour drive each way to get to. They were all very helpful on the phone and in person. i wish they were closer so i could have them do my service.
