When I walked in they were a little busy but it's a Saturday afternoon so to be expected. I was promptly met with a greeting when I walked in. I did have to wait a few minutes which was fine because I got to roam the floor and check out some Ducatis. Jon was the one that helped me and allowed me to test ride a motorcycle of interest. I would up putting a deposit on one coming in. So far so good . I'll update after the rest of the paperwork is done and I take delivery.
Good selection of new and used BMW and Ducati bikes. Often have a few interesting older bikes on consignment. Very knowledgeable parts department. Clean, spacious showroom. Service department is competent but, being BMW, prices are right up there.
I purchased two bikes at this location. Fantastic sales experience! On a more recent note: I had a wonderful experience with the service department. Highly recommended taking your bike here
