Went in on Saturday to get an idea of pricing and financing as my sister and I have never had dealings with mobile homes before. Diera was the sales person on site. She asked a view questions to get an idea of what we were looking at. We were interested in purchasing 2 mobile homes within 6 months. She gave us very little information. She chose what she wanted to show us - not what we wanted to see. She seemed very uninterested and very unwilling to help is get into a mobile home. We were there maybe 30 minutes. The interation left a bad taste in our mouth and we almost didn't go see any other mobile home dealer based on our experience with her. It is a shame because they had some beautiful homes to choose from.. We moved to Regional Homes right down the road, where Mike was helpful, informative and more than happy to show us whatever we wanted to look at. We are now getting pre-qualified for land this week.
