Dr Chemello and Gauthier performed double jaw surgery on me. After doing a bunch of research on orthognathic surgery, I found that Dr. Chemello is certainly the most qualified in the Chicagoland area. From the time of first consult to 6 months after surgery I have been incredibly pleased with him. The surgery went off without a hitch. It was very rough for one week, then immediately started getting better fast. The doctors bedside manners were second to none. Note that they are NOT in-network with any insurance. Dr. Chemello worked very hard and got my surgery approved by insurance, which is apparently rare for this type of surgery. Being out of network had me second guessing at first, but believe me it’s worth the additional cost to have these professionals perform the surgery. Docking 1 star for two reasons. The first is the office staff prior was not always the most pleasant and didn’t have clear answers prior to surgery. I felt at first consult like they didn’t care about my business, but I’m glad I persisted because the doctors are second to none. The second reason is because I still have numbness in my lip 3 months post op. Dr. Chemello said it should come back in 6-12 months, so as long as that happens they’ve earned the 5th star in my book (and I’ll update the review). These doctors are second to none - I wouldn’t let anyone else perform this operation on me. Keep up the great work.

Omg so I have been dealing with TMJ pain since July. Hearing messaged up, tender and swollen and I went in because I wanted to get a second opinion, Dr. COLBY DIDNT even feel my face, albeit it was less swollen but I described all my symptoms plus severe pain and says Go to Physical Therapy. It was 2 min and they are NOW SENDING ME A BILL SAYING I OWE THEM 100 DOLLARS FROM MY APPOINTMENT IN OCTOBER! THEY JUST SENT ME A BILL LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THIS AND CHARGED 5 FOR BEING ofOVERDUE.the statement is dated Jan 31st do not go here.

All I can say is they pulled the wrong tooth, I'm still in pain. Went back to the office to tell them and they did nothing for me. will never go back. .

I cannot describe to you the amount of times this office has helped me and my family. I have had 2 emergency tooth extractions as well as other work done with them. Teeth are a grueling experience for many people including me and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Ive been going here since I was a child and they have always comforted me and made any experience as stress free as possible. All the doctors are amazing.
