Wonderful experience! Even during this pandemic, they made dreams come true! Easy to book, even easier to find where to go w/many helpful emails, texts and even a personal call to make sure we were in the right place! A customer service! Wonderful driver, friendly and safe. I had the best time ever. I went to NYC with a bucket list of things to do. Riding in a horse and Carriage ride was number 1. My coachman was Mario. He was amazing. He took pictures of me and showed me around the park. He had a lot of interesting facts about the park and I was able to feed the horse carrots. Thank you for making my trip special.

A must for your NYC experience! Frank was so professional and fun! Our kids loved every minute of the ride especially being able to feed big red! It was worth every penny! Frank was very informative about the city, he even took pictures for us so we could all be on them! We will definitely be booking again next time we go to NYC! We can not recommend this more it is definitely a must do, it's the best way to see all of central park!! You won't be disappointed!!

Incredible service all around. The booking process online was easy and the directions for arrival on the night of were easy to follow. When we arrived, Frank was great from the jump. Very courteous and helpful. During the ride, he did a great job of pointing out and explaining the historical significance of the park and its surroundings. I scheduled a secret proposal with my ride, and it went off flawlessly. Highly recommend.
