The entire experience with Nytech has been phenomenal. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment their customer service staff was and are very polite and accommodating. They went out of their way to fit me in last minute within their busy schedule. The engineer Kyle effectively communicated an accurate ETA to my house. Kyle is a professional and master of his craft. He provided a detailed explanation of the problem solution and also did his best to save costs for me by only replacing what was needed. Furthermore, Kyle’s optimism and great attitude definitely radiates to where all his customers should appreciate that positive energy. What was truly amazing, was that the Nytech parts man made to my house within 30 minutes opposed to having to wait the next day to get that part replaced. I highly recommend Nytech Heating and Cooling!

I just moved into my first home and I contacted Nytech on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad that I did. Their customer service is phenomenal: from the people who answer the phones to the people who came out to inspect my system and the team who came out to install equipment I was impressed by every one. I had an new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed and the team who did the install - William and Troy - were professional, efficient, and friendly. They paid attention to every detail, from booties on their shoes to drop cloths on my carpets, and taking dedicated time at the end of each day of the two day process to walk me through what they’d done and answer any questions. I so appreciate that they educated me on the different parts and shut-offs (gas, water, electricity) that I wouldn’t know having lived in apartments my entire adult life. My equipment works great and looks great - it was clearly installed by dedicated and qualified professionals. My dog absolutely loved that they even took the time to give her cuddles throughout the two days.

Kyle, showed up on time. Totally professional during the entire visit. Performed a thorough inspection and got our furnace up and running. A couple days later our furnace went out again. Kyle returned and identified the problem and provided estimates. Diagnostic fee was waived yet still took the time to look at everything once more. No pressure to replace multiple parts or the unit. Just felt honest and focused on the actual problem. Will definitely do business with this company again.
