Amazing customer service! Alex is super professional and thorough. I don't even have to leave home, OAC Technology helps me from the comfort of home (wherever I am) with their virtual assistance. Alex was so patient, he talked me through every step to get my printer working with my laptop again. I never have to worry with these guys just a phone call a way.

The service we receive from Jonathan Rans and the entire OAC team is consistently fabulous. Jonathan knows what he is doing and always goes above and beyond in his service. Not only is the service expert and fast, but he takes the time to educate me (someone who is not technically savvy at all) without ever making me feel like his is talking down to me. All interactions have exceeded expectations regarding quality of work, timely responses, and knowledge in the field. Jonathan takes any worry out of the situation because he actually cares about what is going on, and how he can improve whatever obstacle we run into. He even easily solved a phone issue we had that is typically dealt with by the phone provider, not his company--I can not say enough good things about him or his wonderful customer care!
