Had a great experience. Everyone was super helpful and really worked hard to get us our home. We are truely grateful.

We just purchased a home from Oak Creek. This was the worst experience. Niles the GM was not helpful and was unreliable for follow through. I would not purchase anything from Oak Creek at the Boerne location. Too many promises that did not have any follow through. Customer Service is not good. Very Disappointing

We just purchased a home from Tony at Oakcreek. We had gone to palm harbor, Clayton, and Oakwood and got the same ol sales pitch and run around. Once we met Tony, we could tell he was a genuine, down to earth guy who just wanted to sell us the home we wanted... not what he wanted to sell us. We purchased a model home that was a 2015... he was up front about it and promised that everything that needed to be fixed would be fixed and it was after the home was delivered and set up. Very smooth, quick and easy transaction. I would recommend Oakcreek and Tony to any and everybody!

Oak Creek Homes in Boerne Tx has been pretty great to us. My Fiancé and I tried to get into a house for two years and we finally went and visited Tony. He was very straight forward and helpful. He worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted but also kept us aware of what we could and couldn't afford. We decided on a nicer single wide and even got to have a say in what our floors, walls, and cabinets looked like. Something people need to keep in mind is that there are always going to be setbacks or bumps in the road when it comes to buying or building a home. Nothing worth it is easy. In this situation mostly all the setbacks were on our side. During these hang ups Tony was extremely patient even when we were not. He kept us grounded but motivated, not letting us get discouraged. Going into this we were aware of the responsibilities and expectations of buying a manufactured home. We are aware that this home must be loaded and driven many many miles to get to its permanent destination. Of course there is going to be repairs needed when it's finally set up. Tony suggested we make a list of repairs needed when we got settled. We did and not long after men came from Fort Worth to fix what was needed to be fixed. As time has passed and the house has settled there has been some floor issues. Which we have contacted Tony each time and he has had someone come out and repair. I do feel like like Tony's communication skills are not the greatest but so far he's taken care of the things he said he would including what falls onto the 7 year warranty that comes with the home. I will admit after reading these other reviews and even BBB complaints I am becoming somewhat worried. I'm crossing my fingers that these situations do not happen to us and that we continue to love our experience with Oak Creek Homes. Thank you, Chelsea

Went to go look at homes. Got there at 6:10 pm and they were closed 50 minutes before the door and the Internet said they close. BS
