I have used O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning services since 2007. They installed heating, air conditioning, water heater, and subfloor heating (boiler) systems. I had thoroughly evaluated alternatives to O'Brien before I selected them, and I found that they were by far the best heating and AC contractor in our area of SE Pennsylvania. They completed excellent installations since 2007 that have stood the test of time, and they perform regular service 2 times per year on these systems. These systems perform extremely well, and O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning is always very responsive to fix any issues. They have occasionally resolved fairly complex issues that arise and completed the diagnosis quickly and accurately -- and fixed the issue right away. Their prices are fair and the technicians and office staff are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning for your heating and air conditioning needs.

While I am an employee of this company, I did recently receive an install from O'Brien and was afforded an opportunity to gain the perspective of a consumer seeking assistance from us. I am very happy to report I was quite impressed and pleased with the work performed, otherwise I simply would not have written anything. I have two babies at home and the room that was intended to be their nursery has always had issues maintaining a comfortable temperature, so my wife and I needed a solution before moving them in there. It was always too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer. The Operations Manager, Brian, came out and used his vast technical experience to let me know what was possible. Ultimately, we opted for a mini-split to be mounted on the wall. Three of our technicians, Joe Scarpato, Joe Espada, and Mike Windsor, came out and installed it over the course of two days. I was especially impressed with the cosmetic touches employed to make everything more presentable. The work looks beautiful and, most importantly, the room is very comfortable for our girls. I can now say from a customer's standpoint that I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

My husband and I could not say enough positive things about this company!!! I am 9 months pregnant and our AC decided to give out on us in the middle of the night. My husband made a last minute call to O’Brien Heating & Air Conditioning this morning (he saw their reviews online and this was our first time using them) and the gentleman he spoke to sent someone out right away to us. The technician that helped us was Carson and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he diagnosed our problem right away and fixed the issue in no time. We will HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. The professionalism and courtesy that they showed to us today will always be remembered. Again, being 9 months pregnant in the middle of August, We THANK YOU!!!!!
