I CAN NOT say enough good things about my first experience with Ocean Optical. I had an eye exam and picked out a new pair of glasses. I looked at many places in Woodinville and Redmond that were in my network. What made my decision to go with Ocean Optical was that I stumbled upon a review that I friend of mine left just a few weeks before. I trust her opinion so I decided to go with Ocean Optical. The doctor there was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I experienced just about the best customer service I’ve seen in years from Jordan, who helped me with my glasses. I’m always indecisive in picking glasses and he made suggestions and was honest with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Just an overall wonderful experience!! Will go back and bring all my family members there from now on:)

Jordan helped my 4 year old daughter get her new glasses today and he was so kind, gentle and patient with her. She told him many stories and things about her life and he was caring and listened to everything. It was the best experience. We have had nothing but great customer service here each time we have come. We will definitely be back :)
I just got a new pair of glasses and frames, plus the eye exam, and for everything it COST LESS THAN 1/2 THE PRICE FOR MY OLD GLASSES!! (Without the eye exam!) The Dr. was so informative, and I even got to see pictures of my eyes- the retinas, blood vessels, which I didn't realize before how much they have to say regarding your health! Your eyes can show that you have DIABETES OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, AND GLAUCOMA! How amazing! Besides the great exam, I enjoyed the staff very much too! Jordan was very nice, as was the rest of the knowledgeable team! It was well worth the long drive to have such spectacular service!! THANKS, OCEAN OPTICAL
I had such a great visit. Fast and friendly staff. The doctor helped me to feel relaxed and prescribed a great pair of glasses which where really cute. I would definitely recommend Ocean Optical.
I had gone here once before a couple of years ago. There is a new doctor who is amazing. Using the latest technology, she was able to show me pictures of my eye and clearly explained what was going on. Great selection of glasses and great support staff. I usually don't give reviews for medical, dental or vision care, but Ocean Optical is worth a great review.
