I would like to say that my new mobile home is great but the way they put this place together tells me something about the way they wipe their butts... Knobs facing the wrong way, bolts missing, trim not secured, leaks, front door doesn't open/shut correctly, paint missing...
These homes are the worst!!!the company alone doesn’t care how fast it falls apart and all the gaps on the ceiling and factory mistakes they have made then the people they send to fix it don’t fix it they shove toilet paper and carpet in screw wholes to fix it not to mention they bring two different peace’s leave visible caps it’s just bad stay away from company
We have not purchased our home yet, but we will be pretty soon. For now I just need to say how WONDERFUL Janet is. She has done everything she can to answer all questions. We are so indecisive and keep jumping back and forth on what home we want (because they have a few we like) and she has never shown any frustration, no matter how frustrating it probably is. She has taken us to look at the homes we like more than once and is still eager to help in any way she can. Good job, Clayton Homes. It’s employees like her that make people want to buy from you.
They we're able to get me into a home for a good price and quickly. Were kind of hit or miss on giving me updates on things. Felt like i had to call to keep pushing stuff along.Everything with the installation was kind of a crapshoot though. They were not very good at giving me dates for things. They were not clear on the process or what was going to happen. Two of my rooms has electrical issues and they said they were going to fix them but they won't and haven't. All of the trim around the corners and walls needed better screws in them. Used about 100 nails to reattach the trimming. Had to bore out the hole for one of the doors because it wasn't closing quite right, figured that out when my door was wide open when I woke up in the morning. Supplied some pvc for the sewage but they didn't give me enough of anything, I'm pretty sure they didn't know that model has two sewage outlets to connect up.
