DO NOT RECOMMEND, took off with my clothing. Rachel seemed like a nice lady with some health concerns which I perfectly understand. However, she never returned my phone calls or emails regarding a pair of khaki pants that I needed to be hemmed. I am leagally blind and cannot drive so I can't exactly get out there. But its been almost a year and NOTHING. She literally stole my pants!
Proceed with caution. There is clearly something very wrong with this lady. She is nice but not quite well. A tendency of being delusional and makes advances towards young men while in a marriage. Watch your skin and don't become a drape.
Rachel had my dress for 2weeks and 1/2 and did not complete the work she promised. I had to call her constantly to request an update. The actual day of the event I called and she had her husband answer the phone and avoided talking to me. Needless to say the job was not done to include poor customer service! Luckily enough I managed to find an alteration shop that was able to complete the work on my wedding gown on the same day.
AVOID. This woman is insane and potentially dangerous. I’m surprised she is still in the public. She did horrible work and makes advances torwards young men and women in a very uncomfortable way. I don’t think she is a genuinely a bad person but she definitely needs severe clinical help.
