When we first moved in, half the house was broken. They knew all about these things prior to us moving in, and promised it would be fixed. Moved in to a house with no hot water, no AC, a broken back window, and a busted dish washer. Any time you call them for a repair, they NEVER answer. Any time you even email them, NEVER answer. Repairs on anything are never completed in reasonable time, often taking months to complete, even if it is just a simple task. Stay as far away from this company as you can, rent from someone else. Save yourself the time and aggravation.

Scott knows property management and how to rent. You want him to mange your property or if you are in the position of looking to rent a property - you want him. Upon moving out of one of their rental homes, the management was very non responsive to requests of excess rent monies possibly due back to us. At their request we hurried to move out a week early because the owners wanted a walk through at which they complimented our care of their home. We turned our keys in at the walk through on the 9th of October and 2 months later can’t get them to reply as to why they kept the entire month rent. Professionally very inadequate.

Absolutely LOVE this property management. They were so helpful getting me into a place quickly due to the fact that my children started school within only a couple of weeks. Fran was so welcoming, fast, professional and friendly. Talking to her is like catching up with an old friend. I highly recommend this company and their staff to help find you that perfect place to call home. They deserve 10 stars!
