This thrift store is especially dirty, like in a sticky, old dust, unwashed kind of way(I KNOW that’s how most thrifts are but this one absolutely takes the cake). I also have started to realize that they either aren’t on the same page with pricing, or I am being price jacked because I have gotten the same amount of things with wildly different prices when I go to weigh it every time. You can find a gem at this place if you’re willing to fight off the resalers. Also note that their employees do not follow or enforce any sort of mask policy.

Not impressed. People pushing for the new stuff on the floor like it's black Friday Alot of junky stuff too.

Good place to get blankets cheap... they rotate bins every few hours so there is something different to find that may suit what your looking for. It's a weekly visit for me and my honey

First Timer! Fun place! Clothes by the pound. I read reviews before I took family. Hang on to your kids. They rotate bins and that is exciting to watch. Now I'm waiting for family eating my bologna sandwich in the truck.

For the adventurous budget shopper, THIS IS THE PLACE. You have to go in with the right attitude, you're gonna be digging and if a new row of goods "goes live" during your trip, you will be elbowing folks out to get the your hands on the best-stuff first. And the workers are working hard to keep things constantly moving, so if you're there for about longer than a half hour, you'll experience this. I personally think the best approach is to grab a buddy, bring some sort of bin of your own (shopping carts EXTREMELY LIMITED), and team up to pick through a bin at a time as a pair. If you're willing to endure the hunt, you'll come out with at least a couple treasures. I've gotten a basically-untouched Calvin Klein coat there, I've seen several pairs of good sturdy Levi's jeans, and two of my favorite sweaters came from here. You have to give it a chance, you never know what you'll find. Unlike other Goodwill Outlets, the electric goods here are still in the priced-by-the-pound bins, so you may escape with a heck of a deal on something like a vacuum cleaner, DVD player...I got a paint sprayer once for around 4. Furniture is also available, typically priced well under 10 for even larger items like a couch. From my experience, inventory turns over on that stuff about once a week. Ignore anyone saying this is the stuff that couldn't sell and is just narrowly avoiding the landfill. Lots of folks living downtown come to donate directly to here, and it receives items when other stores are too full of inventory to process new donations. You absolutely never know exactly what you're going to find, but I encourage you to give it a shot.

I keep trying to like this place because of the wonderful experiences I've had at Goodwill Outlets in other states.....but I just can't. Yes, you can occasionally find good bargains here. But unlike the Outlets in other states, this store is dirty and the employees extremely rude. Unless you are wanting clothing, most of the items are broken or missing essential parts. Maybe my problem is I used to live in Des Moines, and their Outlet is very clean, bright, with good lighting, and they regularly throw out items that are broken so that customers don't get hurt while digging through their bins. They also treat customers with respect and never scream at them....this store could learn a lot from them. I've been back for two years now, and am trying to talk myself into visiting a third time, hoping its changed....but I doubt it. --- People working there need to know that some customers have never been there before and don't know how to react when new items enter the floor. Yelling and pushing customers has NO BUSINESS being part of the normal behavior of your employees. (And I wasn't even trying to look at items on the table - I was trying to get to the checkout.)

Really dirty compared the the Goodwill stores however there are better deals to be had. What ruins the shopping experience here is there are always large groups/families that hang out all day. They spread out and jump in front of you before you can check the bins when new ones are rolled out. Then they setup a base in the store, hogging everything, taking up space, making it difficult to get around the store. Then after spending 10-20min in checkout they change their minds and throw things back. I would like to see new rules added where people cant just pile up their finds in walkways. Add more carts in the store as there are only a few available (They can definitely afford them) so people arent dragging tubs around and bumping into you.
