Outstanding service, Service Manger had me in and out with a loaner M3 in less than 5 minutes had my MCU2 upgrade done in no time at all. Shop is super clean. They even fixed some issues on my S with no extra charge.The location is great easy access plenty of parking.

We didn't understand that a service representative was to come to our house to install our ordered part, so at 8 am we arrived at the service center in OKC at 8am, and the service man informed us that a service person was to my house, he said no problem I will take care of you and he serviced my car, he was very helpful and took care of us in a timely manner. Forgive me for not remembering his name, I have that problem with a lots of faces. I do want to thank him for outstanding customer service.

I am glad to finally have a Tesla showroom and service center in OKC. The tech that worked on my car was extremely thorough and efficient. He was also helpful and answered any questions I had. Amazing service.

Just spoke to Ryan, very nice customer service and very friendly. Scheduled a test drive and almost finished ordering it at well !!!.....so glad that they have a service center with such nice frndly person in-charge. Else some time few advisors on phones are rushing it...you know what I mean.

They may have good customer service for those who have simple repairs that can be completed in-house, but anything that has to get referred to the body shop is EXTREMELY slow and they don’t communicate with you after they close out your service request in the app. I brought my Model 3 to the service center because the trunk doesn’t close right. The service tech said lift gate will need to be replaced and it will be covered under warranty. On 5 April 2021 I took my Model 3 to the body shop and the confirmed the Service Center’s diagnosis. I was CC’d on the email from the body shop to the Service Center requesting approval to order the parts. On 9 April 2021, I sent an e-mail to the Service Center to get an update. NO RESPONSE. On 13 April 2021, the body shop sent me an email saying they stoped by the Service Center. The body repair team was working the request. On 26 April 2021, I sent an email to the body shop and the Service Center asking for an update and haven’t heard anything back. Not a received message or we will respond in 24 hours. Nothing. As of today, 29 April 2021, I have not received one communication from Tesla in 24 days. The good part of this repair was when I dropped my Model 3 off they didn’t have loaner vehicles so I got Uber credit. That’s cool and all, but they need to work on their communication with their customers.
