Always punctual and polite. Knowledgeable techs who not only know the answers but know how to explain it at a very basic (barney-esque) level. For my line of work it's CRITICAL to have fast and dependable service. They have yet to let me down.
Picked up Lindy forklift, that was repaired. Quick service, good work. A little disappointed in labor rate.
When my past employer closed down the Omaha store we rented from Forklifts of Omaha. Whenever we needed something they were extremely helpful and fast. When we needed longer forks they brought them first thing the next day and when one of our pallet jacks stopped working they had a new one out to us in about an hour. TJ and all the other associates were great and if for any reason I need a forklift in the future I will definitely be calling them.
